Monghoul 1.12.1

This release fixes one defect in 1.12.0. A connection can be told not to save query results, and in 1.12.0 that setting also emptied the result panel: the query ran, the row count and the timings arrived, and the documents were nowhere. They are shown again now, for as long as the app is open, and they still never reach the local database. Nothing else changed, so update only if you use that setting or mean to.

• Results show even when they are not saved — Turning "Save query results" off emptied the result panel on every run, not only after a restart. The rows are shown while the app is open, and still never saved.
